Good to know
Hot tub maintenance checks occur twice weekly around 5pm. Parts of the property are also used for RV and boat storage.
House Rules
*10 Guests allowed to stay in the house overnight. *Please move BBQ out from under patio for safety reasons. *No glass near the hot tub when in use. *Dogs are allowed, but must be under 90lbs with a maximum of 2 per stay. *Dogs must be kept crated if left alone. We have a Large sized crate available in the living room as well as a foldable XL crate located in the garage. *Please wash off any self tanner/ sunscreen lotion, it will stain the furniture and bedding. *Please be respectful of the space. *Please do not attempt to access the housekeeping cleaning closets or additional buildings on the property. *The steps and deck going down to the building behind the garage are unsafe and scheduled for demolition next month. For your safety please keep off.
